You acknowledge that unlocking or altering the speed of your scooter may not be permitted on public roads in your country.
It is your responsibility to comply with applicable local laws and regulations.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

We are not liable for damages, legal consequences, or improper use in connection with the tuning code.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

The right of withdrawal is forfeited in accordance with Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) as soon as the license code has been redeemed.

6. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Hamburg, provided you are a merchant or do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
